Chilled Drink of the Week: Sir Earl Grey Cocktail, Chop Shop, Chicago

Head mixologist Dan De Los Monteros from Chop Shop mixes up the Sir Earl Grey Cocktail. Chop Shop is Chicago’s only butcher/bar/restaurant/event space hosting live shows.

The bar program features everything from frozen orange soda slushies (Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka, Stirrings triple sec, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, Fee Bro’s orange bitters, orange cream soda), to Vermouth flight pairings with house made charcuterie – and is the only Chicago bar with Malort on tap. This place is a must on your stop in for a drink list!
