Daniel got his first taste of bartending at the oldest restaurant in America, The Union Oyster House in Boston back almost twenty years ago. He then attended Johnson and Wales University and upon graduation moved to fabulous Las Vegas. After a few management stints, he started as a bar back at one of the last dives on the Las Vegas strip, Bills Gambling Hall. When the casino closed, he joined the Las Vegas USBG, and transferred to Caesars Palace in 2013. That’s when thing took off.
Networking and competing, he quickly made contacts throughout the country, with the pinnacle being the Las Vegas mixology representative at Portland Cocktail Week in 2014. A dedicated family man now with his 5-year old daughter, he’s settled into the Venetian and Palazzo Casino.
