Located in the heart of Pioneer Square, the 60 foot long copper patina bar features more than 100 tequilas and mezcals! This group of outstanding bartenders was brought together by Palm Bay International and Chilled magazine’s marketing manager and Chilled 100 national director, Max Ferro.

Leading the tastings during The Emerald City event was Diana Novak, National Director Craft Spirits Education and Development for Palm Bay International, who was assisted by Patricia Zanatta, PNW regional manager and Matt Beach, field sales manager. The night included sharing educational information and tastings of Palm Bay portfolio brands including:
Wemyss The Hive 8 Year Old and 12 Year Old, Bastille Whisky, Los Amantes Mezcal Joven and Reposado Mezcal, Tequila Chamucos Reposado, Bribon Tequila Blanco, Ravo Vodka, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, Darnley’s View Gin, Dos Maderas 5 year and 3 year, Bauchant, Chase Elderflower Liquer, Boulard Calvados VSOP, Don Zoilo Manzanilla and Oloroso sherries. Guests enjoyed three signature cocktails: one made with Bribon Tequila, another with Dos Maderas Rum, and the last with Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin.
The Chilled 100 bartenders in attendance included Will Holland, Joshua Batway, Tom Johnson, Silas Manlove, Jabriel Donohue, Sarah Jewell, Brandon Paul Weaver, Tressa Points, and Katie Manlove.
