Ain’t No Stoppin Us Now!
The Chilled 100 Roundtable in Philly was a wonderful success. Held at the Continental Restaurant and Martini Bar, located on 138 Market Street. Eleven of the areas best bartenders came out to hob nob with each other and taste some great drinks.
As one of the Old Cities hottest spots, this diner-made-Martini bar is totally hip with a menu full of creative cocktails and delish dishes. And don’t even get us started on the Martini offerings. The Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls and the French Onion Soup Dumplings were huge hits!
“It’s a powerful experience to be in a room with other passionate individuals to discuss how they view the food and beverage practice. I’m amazed by how well such big personalities can actually collaborate without any function. The spirit tasting went well as well. I know I learned a few things from going through the Palm Bay portfolio.”– Chilled 100 member Bryant Fennell, Bartender at Urban Farmer Philadelphia
The evenings sponsor, Palm Bay International put the group in great hands with Palm Bay representative Amanda Treacy who gracefully introduced the brands collection of premium spirits to enthusiastic Chilled 100 members. Palm Bay’s Chamucos Reposado and Añejo definitely gained many fans with the Chilled 100 crowd, while member Catherine Manning helped to keep the tequila flowing by pouring up shots throughout the evening.
