Chris is a 10-year veteran of the Houston restaurant industry. From a small town just south of Houston, hospitality fell into his lap after a knee injury ended his Air Force career early. As an alum of some of Houston’s best restaurants, Chris was certified as a sommelier before stepping behind the stick.
He has since become known for his elegant bartending style, love for classic cocktails, and powerful, refined flavors. He’s currently the head bartender at modern British restaurant Hunky Dory, where he can be found five nights a week, usually preaching the gospel of malt whisky.
