Ryan is a Swiss Army knife that’s constantly evolving. He began his career as a Brand Ambassador for Q Drinks then for George Dickel. Inspired by the passion and creativity of his peers Ryan learned to tend bar with a craft focus while he was working for Q Drinks! Since then, Ryan has been on four opening bar teams and has hosted numerous popups in the US, Asia, and Canada. In addition to bartending and brand work, Ryan worked with Edible Manhattan to create The Collective- a community of hospitality professionals dedicated to continuing education. A certified distiller, freelancer, published writer, events guru, Ryan is continually learning new hospitality skills and even dabbles in BOH as a butcher.
