Olympic Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Avua Amburana
- 3/4 oz. Singani 63
- 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz. Homemade Banana Syrup*
- Egg white
*Homemade Banana Syrup
Cook simple syrup with a banana until boil then let it sit in room temperature for 25 minutes
Preparation: Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake it for over 20 seconds and then shake it for 15 second with ice. Pour into a martini glass. Place an Olympic ring stencil using a x-acto knife and spray some homemade edible colors using juices and coconut oil.
