Twelve of our hot Miami members got together at Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Co., owned by Chilled 100 member and award-winning bartender John Lermayer.
The South Beach bar is an “honest gastropub-style food and a world-class cocktail bar with a neighborhood, unpretentious vibe,” says Lermayer. The menu highlights classic American cocktails as well as all the fun drinks we know add to a guest’s overall experience like bottled cocktails, house-made sodas and other creative concoctions.

Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Co. is situated in the up-and-coming Collins Park area alongside the Bass Art Museum. Between the ambiance, the food and of course the cocktail menu, this place is a must visit!!

Representing the evening’s sponsor, Lester Jimenez and Katie Kenney did an outstanding job of introducing Palm Bay International brands and their versatile expressions to the group. Our Chilled 100 members left with more than a ton of useful information and additional knowledge, which we’re sure they will put to good use behind the bar, each member also got to take home one of the Palm Bay bottles as a parting gift. The Los Amantes Mezcal Joven and Reposado were the night’s great successes.
